Parts Finder Q offers a 365-days warranty for all types of parts in any condition. The warranty applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our website (partsfinderq.com). Please note that purchases made through third-party platforms like eBay or Amazon are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear of parts
- Damage resulting from traffic accidents or negligent use
- Fuel system and exhaust system malfunctions due to:
- Use of low-quality fuel
- Fuel contamination
- Use of leaded gasoline
- Damage from improper repairs that result in:
- External damage
- Technical damage
- Loss of functionality
- Defects, malfunctions, or corrosion caused by:
- Industrial and chemical emissions
- Acid or alkaline air pollution
- Plant sap
- Animal waste
- Chemical substances (including road de-icing materials)
- Natural phenomena (hail, lightning, etc.)
- Operational wear and natural aging of parts such as:
- DPF filters
- Fuel filters
- Rible belts
- Belt poly
- Similar consumable parts
Warranty Coverage Requirements
To qualify for warranty coverage, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase from partsfinderq.com (contact us if you've lost your documentation)
- Service station certification for the relevant work
- Proof of payment for workshop services
- Professional documentation confirming the part cannot be restored
Compensation
If a part is deemed unrepairable, we will provide a full refund for the cost of the part.
