Part worked as it should only complaint shipping was late.

I was going on an extended road trip in aboutca month and i thout I was being prudent taking care ofIa service issue. I had an ABS light on, often it's just a sensor, but not this time. I needed an ABS controller that was on backorder everwhere. These folks apparently had one available. I ordered online and followed up with a phone call because I didn't see the option to upgrade to overnight shipping. I had and additional online charge but I did get it bright and early the next morning (Friday). I delivered it to my mechanic who installed the part and found that even though it physically looked correct (electronic and hydraulic connections) it had been programmed for and entirely different vehicle. Obviously it caused several malfunctions in my car and major delays. I had to have a replacement sent to me, that arrived five days after the first part and it cost me twice the labor out of my pocket. I have to return their defective part. I am in no hurry. When I return from my trip I will do it.

It was fantastic, only thing I had issues with was when the part did not arrive when I wanted it to. It wasn’t parts finder q’s fault. UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday’s. I thought they did, not knowing this I asked for a refund on my shipment payment. The don’t do refunds on shipments but as a show of good gesture they refunded me 50% of it which I thought was more than reasonable. Because of their customer service and their professionalism they get my 5 star.
