In the beginning I tough it was a scam for the bad reviews that they have, but once i got the part that I order at my house, i felt a relief.
I don't know about the return issues or the customer service issues. I got the part on time and not damage and is what It matter to me. I got no bad think to say about this company at the moment and will continue doing business this them.

Received the part in the time promised and have been able to schedule the repair. Hopefully, the part will correct the car issues.

I was having complete failure finding a replacement ABS Module and the ABS Pump. The local Ram Dealership did not have the replacements and said they did not have any guess when they would be able to get these for me. I checked local mechanic shops and parts houses, but no body could help me. I found Parts Finder Q on line showing both my items were in stack and could ship immediately. I called Parts Finder Q to make sure they had the exact replacements. I spoke with Nadia, and she was so helpful. I gave her my serial number and the part numbers for each item. Nadia checked within their personnel, and confirmed they have both in stock. I was shocked and hesitate to hear they have them and NO ONE else have them. After studying over whether to take a chance ordering these parts from a company I never heard of, and online, next day I called back and spoke with Nadia. I chose to order the parts and she took my order immediately. 4 days later I received both items in one box, very nicely packaged and looking very clean and remanufactured. I carried these parts to my local mechanic I've used for years. They installed and programed thee ABS Parts and got my truck back to the following day. The mechanics did not experience any problems and were glad I found them. Many many thanks to Parts Finder Q and to Nadia for their expert online information and over the phone ordering and shipping. Oh, the price for both these parts were well below what I was expecting to pay.

I had had difficulities finding an abs module for my Dodge Ram. Dealers, Mopar and othe parts supplier had them on backorder with no release date. Found a reconditioned one on Parts Finder. Needed part came as expected, worked fine.

Only complaint I have is why the delay in shipping this product. The date changed several times. Like the product!
